These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Strelo Car Wash CRM platform ("the Service"), operated by Saddex Ltd ("we", "our", "us"), registered in England & Wales.
By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Strelo is an all-in-one CRM, Point of Sale (POS), and loyalty management platform designed for car wash businesses in the United Kingdom. Features include:
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your business to use the Service.
3.1 Strelo is offered on monthly subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed on our website at strelo.app.
3.2 All plans include a 14-day free trial. Your subscription begins at the end of the trial period.
3.3 Billing is handled securely by Stripe Inc. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
3.4 Prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
3.5 You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
3.6 We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior written notice.
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4.3 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@strelo.app.
4.4 You agree not to share login credentials with unauthorised individuals.
5.1 You ("the Vendor") retain ownership of all customer data you input into the platform, including vehicle registrations and customer records.
5.2 As a data controller for your customers' data, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and process that data under UK GDPR.
5.3 Saddex Ltd acts as a data processor on your behalf for customer records stored in the platform.
5.4 We will process customer data only as instructed by you and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to:
All software, design, branding, and content forming part of the Strelo platform remains the property of Saddex Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription period.
We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
10.1 You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
10.2 We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
10.3 Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you an opportunity to export it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
